We’re currently offering a part-time, fixed-term position with a steady rhythm and the opportunity to guide a passionate team while shaping meaningful learning experiences.
Your Week, Your Leadership
Schedule
Monday & Tuesday - 7:45am to 4:15pm
Wednesday & Thursday - 8:00am to 3:30pm
Friday - 9:00am to 1:30pm
This role runs until 22 May 2026, offering consistency and the chance to make a lasting impact.
Each day, you’ll lead the development and delivery of inclusive, play-based programs that support children’s growth and wellbeing. You’ll mentor educators, build strong relationships with families, and foster a collaborative, child-focused environment.
Your Expertise, Recognised
We value the leadership and insight you bring. This position is paid at $36.56 to $58.96 per hour, in line with the VECTEA 2020 agreement, depending on your experience and qualifications.

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011)
- Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and settings.
- A passion for supporting children’s development through creative, reflective, and responsive teaching practices.
