Where Every Day Brings New Possibilities

At Meli, we know that early childhood education is more than a job—it’s a calling. It’s the joy of watching a child discover something for the first time, the pride in helping them grow, and the connection that comes from being part of a community that truly cares. If you’re a Diploma-qualified Educator ready to bring your passion to a place where it’s valued, we’d love to welcome you to Poa Banyul Kindergarten.

We’re currently offering two part-time roles, each with its own rhythm and opportunity to make a difference.

Both roles offer the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our relief team across our network of 31 kindergartens, giving you flexibility and variety across different learning environments.

Each day, you’ll help create inclusive, play-based programs that spark curiosity and support children’s development. You’ll work closely with a team of educators and teachers, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, while contributing to a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
