What Makes This Role Special?

A Week of Purpose and Possibility
This part-time ongoing role offers a consistent schedule:

  • Monday 8:00am – 1:30pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am till 12:15pm

Each day you’ll deliver high-quality education programs aligned with national frameworks, build strong relationships with children and families, and support their growth through reflective, evidence-based teaching practices. You’ll also collaborate with a passionate team of educators, sharing knowledge and contributing to strong educational outcomes.

Your contribution is valued, and your qualifications are recognised. This Diploma-level role is paid at $28.01 per hour, in accordance with the VECTEA 2020 agreement

What You’ll Bring

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011) 
  • A valid Working with Children Check for Educators.
  • Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and settings.
  • A passion for supporting children’s development through creative, reflective, and responsive teaching practices.
